3. Submit Blocking Request

• Inform the representative about permanently deactivating the SIM. Provide your NIC and SIM details for verification.

4. Clear Outstanding Balances (If Any)

• Pay any pending dues linked to the SIM (calls, data, or subscriptions) to complete the process.

5. Confirmation

• The SIM will be blocked immediately after verification. For assurance, contact Ufone Customer Care at 333 after 24 hours to confirm deactivation.
