• To send a Zong balance share dial *828# and press send. Then enter the receiver's number, then input the amount you want to send.
• To request a Zong balance share, dial *829# and press send. Then enter the phone number of the person you are requesting balance from, then input the amount you want.
• You can send between Rs. 10 and Rs. 200. You can perform up to 5 balance transfers per day.
• Note there is a fee of Rs. 2 + tax per transaction.

• From your Zong SIM, dial *8#. Your number will appear on the screen immediately.

2. Call Customer Care

• Dial 310 (free from your Zong number) and follow the automated prompts or speak to an agent to get your number.

3. Check Your SIM Pack

• If you still have the original Zong SIM card packaging, your number is printed on the card.

4. Send a Test Message

• Text a friend or family member (e.g., "Hi!") and ask them to check the sender’s number.

5. Check Phone Settings (Android/iOS)

• Android: Go to Settings > About Phone > SIM Status.
• iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > My Number.
